What is Property Millionaire Maker?
Property Millionaire Maker is the name given to a suite of online training materials about making money via property investment by Glenn Armstrong, a multi-millionaire property expert based in the UK.
The product being sold for £37 at the Property Millionaire Maker homepage is titled Instant Cashflow Secrets.
It details an opportunity currently available in the UK property market to make money even if you don’t have any money to invest. As Glenn puts it, the only thing you need to implement this strategy is a mouth, or in other words the ability to talk to people! There’s a possibility you might need some petrol money, but I explain that later on in this review.
The idea is to allow those who are completely new to property investment to generate cash flow which can later be invested back into property.
Instant Cashflow Secrets is a video training course delivered online immediately after purchase. We begin by learning a little about the origins of the strategy.
Glenn has been running property investment courses with private coaching clients since 2005. One of the biggest problems he faced with people who came to him wanting to learn how to make money with property investing was that they had no money to begin with.
Many of them were even in debt, so he found that one of the most common motivators for people who wanted to get involved with property investing was that they needed money desperately in one way or another.
Who is Property Millionaire Maker Designed For?
Traditionally, that situation would make it impossible to make money with property. Everyone knows you need money to make money in the property business. But because of Glenn’s experience in and knowledge of property investment in the UK he was able to devise a strategy which capitalises on a current situation in the market where it’s possible to make money with property without having any money to begin with.
This isn’t a loophole or anything shady like that, it’s merely a system built on Glenn’s knowledge of how the UK property market works.
We learn that the UK property market is made up of lots of micro markets. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know what a micro market is, as you learn everything you need to know to use Glenn’s system in the course. It’s clearly been made with beginners in mind.
Glenn shows us how to identify micro markets in different parts of the country. There’s money to be made in property in most micro markets, but the strategy which you need to apply in a specific micro market depends on it’s demographics. The Instant Cashflow Secrets strategy only works in micro markets which meet certain criteria, it won’t work in all of them.
Glenn goes through the specific demographics you need to account for to assess a particular area to determine if it’s suitable for the Instant Cashflow Secrets strategy. This process is very simple, it literally takes a few minutes to do when you follow Glenn’s instructions.
Your first step will obviously be to determine if the area you live in meets the necessary criteria. If it doesn’t you need to find the nearest area to you where it will work. Glenn shows you how to do this, and shares his formula for assessing how well the strategy will work in specific areas near to you. You would need to travel initially to the area you select, but once you get the ball rolling there’s very little travelling involved.
The Instant Cashflow Secrets course is presented as a series of video interviews filmed in Glenn’s office. The chap interviewing Glenn seems to be completely new to property investment, and he asks Glenn all the questions you’re likely to have if you have no prior background in property. The result is that we get a comprehensive understanding of Glenn’s strategy, and we’re more than ready to implement it by the end of the video training.
The strategy allows you to make an average of £3,000 per deal. The system is structured so that you’ll make more deals per month the more time you’ve been implementing the system for, or indeed the more time you’re able to put in. The aim is to make at least one deal per week once you’ve established some relationships in the property game.
My Verdict on Property Millionaire Maker
Frankly, I find it quite incredible that Glenn is willing to share this information for £37.
Why on earth would he do this? Well, naturally he has more information products to sell in his suite of Property Millionaire Maker training materials, and he wants you to reinvest some of the profits you make by implementing the Instant Cashflow Secrets strategy into buying more of his training.
All the other training in Property Millionaire Maker deals with actual property investment, so you’ll be using the money you make with Instant Cashflow Secrets to invest into properties.
Of course that’s where the real money is in the property game, and it’s by using the rest of the training Glenn provides within Property Millionaire Maker that you can plan to become a property millionaire within a reasonable timeframe. Of course it’s possible just using the Instant Cashflow Secrets part of Property Millionaire Maker, but that would take much longer.
